Milano March 22, 2024 - Below are the 2023 financing transactions involving the construction of Agricola Moderna's new vertical farming plant** in the province of Cremona:

*investment of €15 million from the Infrastructure for Growth - ESG fund (the “IPC Fund”) managed by Azimut Libera Impresa Sgr SpA

6 million investment from the Azimut ELTIF Azimut Eltif - Infrastructure & Real Assets Esg fund

10 million loan from Intesa Sanpaolo and assisted by SACE's Green Guarantee.

The new plant will be supplied by 100% renewable resources and will rise at the end of 2024 in the municipality of Agnadello (CR).
